Jeremy brings more than two decades of hands‑on tower experience across stacking, lighting, radio, broadcast, and wireless infrastructure. Over the course of his career, he has managed medium‑ and high‑intensity tower operations, overseen thousands of site visits, and led crews working across multiple states nationwide.
In addition to managing operations, Jeremy serves as a climbing rescue, rigging, and safety trainer — mentoring the next generation of tower technicians through real‑world leadership and example. His deep understanding of tower environments, cable handling, and jobsite risk directly shaped the development of The Cable Pilot.

Sean brings extensive experience in tower lighting systems, field operations, and logistics management. As Operations Manager, he oversees day‑to‑day tower operations including crew coordination, field training, routing, inventory management, and technical support.
Sean’s background blends hands‑on tower work with operational oversight, allowing him to identify inefficiencies and safety risks that occur during real installations. His practical problem‑solving approach played a key role in refining The Cable Pilot into a simple, durable solution that integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.
